01. Initial Consultation
We schedule a complimentary 20 minute consultation. You can get on my calendar if you're ready to talk now!
02. step Two
If you decide we are a good fit we schedule a second more detailed consultation either via Zoom or Phone. I'll gather details and information and then send you options and you decide what package works best to fit your needs. We sign a contract to hold your date and wedding planning services.
03. step Three
We get to work on the package you have selected; either travel only services, travel services and vision planning or the you can't do it with out us package.

Travel Planning / Room Reservations
- Determine the perfect venue for your wedding
- Discuss and help narrow down the options and full wedding details of up to 3 resorts that fit your wants and needs
- We will go over the pros and cons of contracted room blocks versus flex groups
- Review the benefits of group booking
- Create a Private Facebook Group and website links to keep your guests engaged with current rooming lists and inquiries, so you know who is booked, and who has inquired
- Send a final rooming list to the resort on your behalf with any noted requests
- Provide hard-copy travel documents, travel tips, and special travel gifts for your guests that are sent out in priority mail

Virtual Wedding Planning
- Help choosing your resort
- Setting up the room block and travel details for you and your guests
- Helping you build the vision from florals to table settings to the overall vibe and special touches
- Providing access to the vendors the resort works with as well as access to other area professional wedding vendors that may add an elevated service or items not provided by the resort
- A liaison between you and the resort wedding coordinator to ensure communication and complete and clear instructions for your wedding event
- Assistance with excursion planning, additional transportation, and any additional events (welcome dinner, brunch, etc.) that will be included
- Up to 15 hours of scheduled meetings via phone, zoom, or similar + unlimited emails.

Full Travel & Wedding Planning
Because this package includes having me onsite during your wedding trip, you get an extra set of hands and eyes on the ground for reassurance. This package works great for events that are at stand alone venues/villas as well as all-inclusive resorts. Assisting in greeting guests upon arrival*, helping with any last-minute details, attending the rehearsal, and of course, we are the first on-site the day of the wedding ensuring your vision has come to life.
I'll be there to help you from venue selection to your walk down the aisle. A full planning experiences to keep stress at bay so you can enjoy your day.

Wow, where do we even begin. I was hesitant to use a wedding planner because they are typically very expensive, but I knew I had no experience with wedding planning or booking trips on my own and cannot make a decision to save my life.
